Satin Vest Backorder
It took us a while to source for more fabrics in similar shades to do a backorder for this item that many of you have been asking for and we’re happy to announce that we’ve found fabrics for matt fuschia and tangerine in shades very slightly lighter than the original and the exact same shade for the one in cyan!

We’ve also tweaked the cutting slightly to make the ptp (pit-to-pit) slightly roomier for those of us with broader shoulders. Petite girls don’t have to worry. We’ve perfected the cutting such that the roomier ptp still looks great on you! Just note that if you have narrow shoulders and if our previous M size was just nice or is slightly big on you, S would be perfect for you now under our new cutting.
Our model who’s an S have also tried the new cutting for S and declared it fabulous. The nature of the excellent fabric allows the roomier ptp to still fall nicely without any unwanted revelations

We felt that the draped velvet material made the dress a little too heavy so we replaced it with matt satin for a more streamlined, (read slimming effect) and understated elegance.
A classy high neckline dipped gently into a slight v cut softens the professional cut with a touch of feminity while V-shaped insertions of a contrast material slim down the body and accentuates the curves. Here are the inspirations behind the ideas we got for this collection.
A dress that VB loved so much she had it in two colours and often wore as a skirt.
I have a feeling she cut off the skirting for the one in black and had it converted into a skirt.
Love how the skirt totally transforms a basic v-neck top into a pretty outfit that’s super stylish and girlish.

My guess is that she loved the skirt/dress so much she infused elements of it into a design for her own label.

Ever since I did the last entry on accessories, I’ve been prowling the internet (and the streets) for them, either to bring in or to share with you girls, so that you have something to match with your Loef loot for a look that’s polished, classy and oh-so-complete.

Being a person who’s immersed in clothings day and night, I’ve always had a fascination in accessories that mirror the fluidity of fabric. The nature of metal makes the injection of fluid elements into jewellery a rather a tricky business. Hence, it’s not often that I find jewellery that can satisfy this aspect of my fascination.
